For the last few years I haven't been chewing gum, weird, right?
It messes with my jaw and the headaches and TMJ pain just weren't worth it. Plus, if you're a teacher and your school has a "no gum" rule for the students, you should probably follow it also. (At least I think it's nice if the teachers follow little rules like that.)
However, now I'm trying to loose weight again. Weight loss is really hard when you want to be eating something all the time. Chewing gum should keep me from wanting to eat everything all the time. The upside--since I kicked the gum habit TONS of new and exciting flavors have come on the market. Can't wait to try them all!
